I’m here to be your cheerleader, encourage you through each step, support you through emotional times, give you hope and not let you give up on yourself! You can read a book or search endlessly online, or you can choose to make a lasting difference for your family through my services and coaching. I look forward to being your coach and getting through these tough times together!

This package is for you if:
• You are currently the proud parent of a newborn (0-15 weeks) who won’t sleep anywhere but on you
• You're expecting your new baby and want guidance on how to set sleep routines & strategies from day one
• You want to avoid the massive sleep deprivation you hear so much about
• You want to enjoy this newborn stage- not just survive it

• You want your baby to SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT (11-12 hours)
• You want consistent naps totalling 2.5-3 hours of daytime sleep
• You want baby to fall asleep within 10-MINUTES independently
• You want CLEAR direction and a PLAN to make healthy change
• You want to be able to confidently hire a BABYSITTER to watch the monitor and you can go out!
• You want to ENJOY your time in the evening while your child gets the sleep they need in order to thrive!!
